Glenn Malcolm Turner
Chairman
Glenn Turner joined the IFA industry in 1971. He has held various executive positions at a regional level and country CEO positions in different countries. Mr. Turner has been living in Hong Kong since 1987.
Mr. Turner is currently Chief Operations Officer of Altruist Financial Group Limited, one of the Hong Kong's largest independent financial advisors and broker organisations, providing a one-stop shop of products and services delivering financial solutions for peoples' financial needs.

Sidney Sze

Sidney Sze is currently Chief Executive Officer of Midland Financial Group. Prior to that, he was General Manager China Operations of Triumph International (Overseas) Limited and the General Manager of Lamex (Holdings) Limited.
Dr. Sze was formerly President of the Society of Management accountants of Canada - Hong Kong Branch in 2000/2002. He is also Founder President of the Society of Registered Financial Planners Hong Kong. Dr. Sze specializes in investment, insurance, business consultancy, professional training and financial planning. He has been frequently invited to give speeches on managerial development and financial planning courses in universities and training institutions to senior executives and students.

Mark Kirkham
Vice Chairman
Mark Kirkham started his career in Financial Services in the UK in 1990 working as a tied agent for a large insurance company. He had a successful sales career and progressed into Sales Management in 1992. In 1994 he was promoted to Regional Development Manager working with the top producers in the company across three locations where he was tasked with improving the efficiency of their individual practices. In 1995 the organisation was taken over and Mark was re-appointed to Branch Manager where he guided his branch to a top 3 position the following three years out of 100 locations.
In 1998, looking for his next challenge, Mark chose to leave the UK and joined a large Offshore IFA in Europe. He started his offshore career in Germany and then the following year moved to Belgium and again into sales management. He stayed in Brussels until his move to the Far East in 2003.
Upon his arrival in Hong Kong in 2003 Mark was appointed as MD & CEO of a CIB authorised brokerage.

Rene Leung

Rene Leung is currently Marketing Director of Grandtag Financial Group, a leading wholesale brokerage independent financial advisory firm focused on Investment and Insurance related products. Rene¡¦s main focus includes overseeing products related functions, corporate communications and branding initiatives for Grandtag.
Rene spent nine years living and studying in the United States. She obtained her degree from Boston University. She has also studied and lived in Paris and Beijing. Prior to Grandtag, she worked in a Marketing Function at Lehman Brothers.

Alan Tsui Ka Lun

Alan Tsui started his career in KPMG, where he spent over five years in auditing, taxation and special project jobs. He then worked for Levi Strauss, an American Multinational Corporation, as Finance Director for the Asia Pacific Region for a number of years before he was head- hunted to join the Hutchison Whampoa Group holding various management positions.
Mr. Tsui started his own business in 1996 and has since been practicing in the IFA sector for nine years. He is currently Director of Taifook Lexton Group Companies. He firmly believes that professional quality is the single most important factor to sustain in any business on a long term basis.

Ms Jovin Chim, Jovin accumulated 13 years' experience in the financial industry. She has developed an IFA from a mini-size platform to significant scale nowadays, which goes across different region and boundaries. With her perseverance & nonconformity effort, sincere & excellent strategic management, her business has expanded to IFA (independent financial advisor) industry, asset management industry and fund company. Her company, Thornton Financial Services Group, is now not only just licensed in Hong Kong, but also authorized in Macau and licensed in Taiwan.
Her company,Thornton, is now the founding corporate member of Independent Financial Advisors Association Limited. In 2007, Ms Chim was awarded with 2007 Distinguished Corporate Financial Planner Award from International Federation of Financial Standards Association.
